Panties: A Love/Hate Relationship

I adore Body Impolitic simply because it celebrates real people. When Cameron sent me an IM this morning, I hurried over to see what they are up to this time. The heading "Everyone Likes Panties. Don’t They?" screamed at me. After reading the blog, I also scanned the comments to find my own Cameron's comment included. Of course I could not resist and included my own rant. You are invited to investigate!

  2. I didn't see your comment, but I did see Cameron's. I strongly agree with Cameron. I can't stand the word used for women's underwear, and try not to use it. I find it demeaning, and the underwear itself very uncomfortable. I'm not, however, as comfortable as Cameron about wearing underwear made for men. I'm thinking about constructing my own home-made undergarments from some soft jersey knit fabric I have at home.

  3. I, too, hate the word panties, partly from Java's maternal influence and partly because it's a damned stupid word, IMO. My thoughts on underwear vary day to day depending on what gender I am presenting as. (And how on top of my laundry I am, unfortunately).
